Join Moss and Bones and Spirit Oak for a one day event that will provide integrative, nature based learning and fun for all ages. A lunch prepared by Chef Mike included with ticket price, if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know two weeks in advance. If you plan to bring children please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly for food and activities.

Activities will include:

- Guided meditation through the imagination garden with Mage

- A wild weedling walk and herbal craft with May

- Animal Kinship and crafting fun with Hayley

-Lunch

- After the day concludes we invite all participants to stay for a drum circle around the fire to welcome in spring, led by Dave Wilson. Bring your instruments if you have one!

Spirit Oak is a nature retreat center tucked right outside of Murfreesboro on 17 acres of forest.
