This will be the first of many men’s gatherings on the land that I have the honor of stewarding in Linden, TN July 15th - 17th (we’ll have opening circle on Saturday morning if you can’t make it Friday evening no worries.). The retreat space is tucked deep in the forest of midwestern TN, just one and a half hours from Nashville, 5 miles from the Tennessee river.  Onsite there is a creek to wade in, plenty of trees for hammocks and fire woods, and entrancing features of nature to stare at instead of pictures on a screen.

       The land is completely off the grid, primitive camping. No cell service, no city noise, no television. Needless to say bring what you need to survive…okay that was dramatic… bring what you need to unplug and reconnect with nature. (essentially a tent, food, headlamp, water) My intention is to call in the tribe to commune in nature while further fortifying the connections that have sprouted from the the circle at Mindful Nashville. I would like for this to be a collaborative effort and opportunity for anyone that has attended to share some of their medicine for the collective. That being said please reach out to me if you have any ideas for potential offerings. So far we have Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, forest bathing, and Iron John story time.

 If you are in a place of abundance and would like to make a donation towards development on the land our suggested donation is $50+ for land use. If you are feeling the inflation strain as we all our and really need this retreat. Please come anyways with no shame.
